Hi there, We hired a jumping castle on Saturday 5th December for my daughters birthday party. Firstly the booking system was great! As easy as a phone call, paid a deposit over the phone, plus a copy of my booking was emailed to me. The day before I had a confirmation phone call and was told Michael would arrive at 11am. On the day of the party he did arrive at 11am and promptly set up our castle, he also wished my daughter a happy birthday and made her feel special. It was picked up at 4:30pm, again right on time. I would recommend your company to anyone! Thank you for a great product, but just as important, great customer service.
