Hi there, We hired a jumping castle on Saturday 5th December for my daughters birthday party. Firstly the booking system was great! As easy as a phone call, paid a deposit over the phone, plus a copy of my booking was emailed to me. The day before I had a confirmation phone call and was told Michael would arrive at 11am. On the day of the party he did arrive at 11am and promptly set up our castle, he also wished my daughter a happy birthday and made her feel special. It was picked up at 4:30pm, again right on time. I would recommend your company to anyone! Thank you for a great product, but just as important, great customer service.

We hired for 2 days to add some excitement and create a difference to the launch of a land division for sale, and whilst the age of jumping particpants was limited to children there were some much older persons who also enjoyed watching. Judy was so easy to deal with from the first phone call, offering us a great price with a supervisor. The man who set up our huge obstacle course was on time, friendly and efficient and then he returned at the end, again, on time, friendly and efficient. The kids loved it and there was a constant line which the supervisor managed really well. Was a big hit at our end of year school function. Thank so much. Would definitely recommend Jump First.
