Measurement Tips
Clearance of 1 metre for installation is required.
Our mini jumping castles are only 4 metres by 4 metres. We have always been able to install our mini jumping castles in everyone’s property. Installations can be on back or front yards and driveways should be considered if space is limited. Area should be free from overhead tree branches or other obstructions. We have newly designed castles that can be installed underneath carports or patios with 2.5m height clearance.
Our medium jumping castles require a minimum of 5 metres by 5 metres. It should be free of any overhead obstructions or tree branches.
Our Water Slides MUST be installed on grass or synthetic grass or good clean surfaces with good water drainage. Our Water Slides are Dedicated Water Slides with splash pools for great summer fun. Don’t be fooled by others who offer water slides in normal castles. These are not safe. When children jump up and down on jumping castles that are wet – they may trip or roll over on their ankles causing injury. Water Slides are just Slides – no jumping. We hired the Glacier water slide in the weekend for a 6 year old birthday party. The day was fantastic – our backyard was like a rock concert! Kids with huge smiles and constant squeals of laughter. We questioned whether the water slide was a good idea for 6 year olds, but with comments like “I’m having so much fun” and “this is the best party ever” our concerns were cast aside.Some of the kids didn’t want to participate in the party games because they wanted to keep using the slide.I think we will booking with you guys again!!P.S Nathan (who delivered and packed up the slide) was great – very friendly and very punctual (early, in fact when delivering the slide).

We hired the Glacier waterslide last Sunday, 12 November 2017, for our daughter’s 8th birthday. We were a little disappointed by the size of the slide when it first went up and I was concerned that the kids would get bored quickly, but I was very wrong! Over the course of the day we held two parties for our daughter (a party for school friends then a party for family and friends), with 20 kids aged 4 to 10 using the slide throughout the day. We had the slide for 9 hours and I can honestly say it was in use the entire time, and the kids were very disappointed when Jump First arrived to pack it up. The kids had an absolute ball and it kept them occupied for the whole party with minimal supervision, which gave the adults time to catch up and relax. The slide was erected and dismantled quickly and with minimal fuss. We would definitely hire the Glacier again!

The service we received from first contact, through my decision to change our initial booking, to giving us a call and making sure we felt confident in how the process worked on the day before and then through delivery, installation and pack up by Nathan was outstanding. We had the Glacier Jumping Castle last Sunday it was a huge hit. It was 37 degrees and my sons 8th Birthday Party was a winner, the boys loved the slide and did not get off from the time the party started until it finished. They didn’t even want to get off to eat the party food! My son stayed on until the slide was collected he had the best Birthday. The installation and pack up was exceptional, made for such an easy party. We will definitely be hiring the slide again. Thank you so much for all your help from ordering the slide to the set up we couldn’t have asked for any better service.
